Job Description

Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.

We are seeking a dedicated staff to support the Certificate team in clearing file review backlogs and accelerating certificate issuance timelines to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Assistant will support the Certificate Business Unit by:

  • Clearing current backlogs in file review
  • Meeting turnaround time (TAT) for certificate issuance
  • Shortening customer waiting times for certificate issuance
  • Improving overall productivity and efficiency
  • Distributing workload evenly to maintain high-quality service
  • Meeting deadlines and monitoring critical areas

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

  • Certificate finalization after file approval (UKAS - using a system SIEBEL & PAB manual preparation)
  • Sending original copy of certificates to clients (coordination with company messenger and using courier service - LBC)
  • Responsible for updating the certificate status in siebel (ISSUED, SUSPENDED, WITHDRAWN)
  • Conduct SMETA Phone Call Audit
  • Monitor submission of auditors soft grading report
  • Monitor tasks assignment in CMX in advance and uploading of audit pack in CMX for review - Food accounts (FSSC, FSMS, BRCGS)
  • Monitor tasks assignment in CMX in advance for SMETA accounts
  • Will handle Food accounts and ensure KPI is met
  • To assist the team in audit pack consolidation (when receiving bulk file submission - Recertification, Certification, Scope/Site Extension)
  • To assist the team in audit pack consolidation for surveillance file review

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Education Level: College Graduate
  • Experience: 1 Year Working Experience (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Expertise:
    • Word (document creation)
    • Excel (data analysis)
    • PowerPoint (presentation design)
    • Outlook (email management)
Additional Competencies
