Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, implementation, and transition for enterprise Workplace, Messaging, Collaboration, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex enterprise Workplace, Messaging, and M365 solutions.
- Own technical architecture, solution design, planning, pricing, and implementation.
- Lead technical teams and collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements, dependencies, documentation, testing, and transition are completed.
- Provide technical leadership for steady-state operations and escalations.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience; bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 7+ years implementing large-scale Messaging, Email, and Endpoint Management solutions for 50,000+ users.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange 2019, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and M365 Hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Entra Connect, Group Policy, IAM, MS Groups, and cloud integration.
- Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
- Knowledge of OpenText RightFax is preferred.
- 5+ years as a technical lead for large IT projects.
- Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred; TOGAF/IAF or relevant architecture certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
