Technical and Soft Skills Trainer

Job Role:

Conducts technical and soft skills trainings and certification to our field technicians and project engineers.

Performs all logistic requirements related to training:

Coordinates with Partner Operations Heads, Field Operations and Quality Assurance Team Leaders on the scheduled training

Finds appropriate venue and arrange meals if necessary

Prints training handouts and materials

Facilitates Pre-qualification and Validation Exams

Prepares weekly and monthly reports (scorecard, certification exam results, training costs, shadowing activity, etc.)

Cascades any newly introduced technologies, products and services as necessary

Facilitates contractor certification by conducting written and hands-on exam

Database management

Conducts other trainings as necessary

Shadowing activities (field work)

Job Qualifications*

Technical and Soft Skills Trainer

ECE Graduate or equivalent

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), with proven knowledge and skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting medium-sized networks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites application

At least 1 year work experience in related field

With excellent presentation and communication skills

Can confidently speak in front of medium to large sized groups of people

Willing to travel within and outside assigned region

With good moral character
