About the Role

As a Technical AI Enablement & Workflow Engineer, you will architect the foundation of intelligent systems that power commercial execution and decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of AI, systems design, and revenue operations-translating ambiguity into structured, production-ready logic. You will enable scalable AI adoption across workflows, ensuring reliability, governance alignment, and operational clarity in environments where precision directly impacts business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical reasoning skills with the ability to think in systems and anticipate edge cases and failure modes
  • Experience writing technical specifications, system design documents, or detailed process documentation in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI systems including prompt engineering, agent workflows, structured outputs, tool calling, and RAG concepts
  • Experience working with GTM or commercial tech stacks such as Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, or workflow tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to read and interpret code, APIs, configuration files, and system architectures
  • Experience supporting AI agents or automation programs in commercial operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles (preferred)
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms (preferred)
  • Background in GTM processes, sales methodologies, or revenue operations tooling (preferred)
  • Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments (preferred)

Responsibilities
Technical Specification & System Design

  • Write clear, structured technical specifications for AI agents, automation tools, and end-to-end GTM workflows defining inputs, outputs, dependencies, assumptions, edge cases, and failure modes
  • Translate high-level objectives into implementable system logic with explicit decision trees and handoff points
  • Produce agent specification documents aligned with governance frameworks including AI-Prime assessments, risk tier classification, and build-vs-buy rationale
  • Identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities in underspecified workflows and propose solutions proactively

AI Agent Build Support

  • Support configuration, testing, and refinement of AI agents across commercial workflows
  • Work hands-on with prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, schemas, tools, and function interfaces
  • Execute testing, scenario validation, and regression checks
  • Improve agent accuracy and reliability through guardrails, refined instructions, and documented limitations
  • Support Tier 0 (prompt engineering) and Tier 1 (low-risk automation) builds, with exposure to Tier 2 orchestration

Workflow Engineering & Automation

  • Map end-to-end workflows across the commercial deal cycle
  • Document how work moves through systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, 6Sense, SalesLoft, Gong, and Snowflake
  • Identify friction points and recommend improvements aligned with selling methodologies and governance stage-gates
  • Design AI-enabled workflows that are operationally sound and maintainable

Technical Documentation & Enablement

  • Produce living documentation explaining how AI agents operate, usage guidelines, assumptions, limitations, and troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain Agent Registers, Intake forms, and Specification templates
  • Write for both technical and semi-technical audiences
  • Contribute to enablement materials supporting AI adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineers, operations, enablement, and GTM stakeholders
  • Ask precise clarifying questions when requirements are incomplete
  • Communicate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly
  • Exercise sound judgment in evolving technical environments
