We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Admin to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities- Assist project managers and engineers in the preparation and coordination of project documentations.
- Maintain and organize construction documents such as contractors, plans, permits, submittals, and reports.
- Liaise with contractors, supplies, and consultants for administrative needs and documentation.
- Ensure all files are updated and properly stored in accordance with document control standards.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports related to construction project.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or technical support role in construction, and real estate development.
- Familiarity with constructions project documentations. MS OFFICE SUITE (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)
- strong data entry, document control, and file management skills.
- knowledge of constructions workflows and project phases.
- prior involvement in coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
