Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technical roles
- Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates using innovative strategies
- Hit hiring targets by delivering high-quality candidates within tight timelines
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
- Stay updated on tech recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market insights
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Experience sourcing and screening IT/Tech roles across various platforms
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
- Background in Business Development is a strong advantage
