Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
30% - Processes the enrollment and registration of learners and beneficiaries for scholarship and other training programs offered by the Center, in accordance with policies and audit requirements.
20% - Conducts and delivers competency-based and blended learning programs, including community-based training.
10% - Prepares and updates competency-based curricula, session plans, CBLMs, institutional assessment tools, and training and maintenance plans according to operational procedures.
10% - Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization and monitors budget obligations against the budget utilization rate.
10% - Responds to inquiries.
10% - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
10% - Performs other related functions.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Special Qualifications:
.Holder of at least a Certificate of Recognition as a Community-Based Trainer
.Physically and mentally fit, with good moral character
.Intermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills
.Advanced computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, as well as proficiency in Internet and online applications
.Adheres to professional work ethics
.Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
.Advanced application of T2MIS and BSRS
.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
.Holder of at least a Trainer's Methodology Level I Training Certificate
