What You'll Do:

• Technician Recruitment & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to field technicians from our existing database. Introduce Excis, explain contractor partnership opportunities, communicate the benefits of joining our network, address objections, and build strong relationships with prospective technicians.
• Contractor Onboarding & Registration: Guide technicians through the contractor portal registration and onboarding process. Provide clear instructions, answer questions, follow up with interested technicians, and ensure successful completion of registration requirements.
• Recruitment Operations & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call outcomes, candidate information, and onboarding status. Track conversion metrics, maintain an active pipeline of qualified technicians, and collaborate with Field Services and Operations teams to support priority regions and technical skill requirements.

What You Need:

• Recruitment & Outbound Calling Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, recruitment, sales, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Experience engaging technical professionals, field service engineers, or IT support personnel is highly preferred.
• Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong phone presence. Ability to quickly establish rapport, influence prospective technicians, handle objections, and maintain positive relationships throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Recruitment Operations & Systems: Experience using recruitment systems, CRMs, databases, or outbound calling platforms is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to maintain accurate candidate records and onboarding information.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Ability to work in a high-volume outbound environment and consistently achieve recruitment and onboarding targets. Comfortable conducting 80–150+ outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations and accurate documentation.
• Technical & Work Environment Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT field services, desktop support, networking, or onsite technical support environments is beneficial. Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City and have a reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
