Role Summary

As a Tech Intern, you'll be joining a team and working on real projects across software development, DevOps, or business analysis. You'll be gaining hands-on experience while discovering how technology enables a global financial institution.

About the Team

You'll be working alongside teams supporting ING's core technology platforms—from development to operations and data. Our teams follow structured, collaborative ways of working, with learning embedded in everyday tasks. As an intern, you'll be guided by experienced mentors, gaining exposure to global teams and systems while developing your skills throughout your journey.

Required Skills

We're looking for students who are eager to learn and ready to grow in a tech environment:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrating a basic understanding of programming or software development concepts
• Showing strong curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn
• Available to commit to a 5-month internship starting October 16, 2026
