Tech/Information Privacy Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assess, implement, and maintain privacy-enhancing technologies and compliance solutions.
• Integrate privacy controls into business processes and technology systems.
• Perform case studies, request sampling, and evidence gathering.
• Collaborates closely with legal, IT, security, and data governance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course.
• With 2 years of experience in technology privacy analysis preferably in the US or in international/shared service environment.
• Must have hands-on experience in evaluating and deploying privacy-enhancing technologies, and communicate the business requirements between the business and tech sides.
• Must be familiar with privacy laws and frameworks, SOX/PCI/HIPAA/PII/ePHI/Restricted Data.
• Good to have Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPT, or CIPM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Employment Type: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Night Shift (10PM- 7AM) but must be open to work on shifting schedule when needed.
• Work Set-up: 100% onsite
