Tech. Development Head

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Plan long-term IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud systems, databases, and enterprise software.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage hardware, software, and IT asset lifecycle.
• Implement IT security policies and procedures.
• Protect company data and systems from cyber threats.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Manage IT projects such as system upgrades, ERP implementation, and digital transformation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Prepare and control the IT department budget.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
• Ensure timely technical support for employees.
• Maintain helpdesk systems and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in software development, system design, and programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
• Proficient in using frameworks, development tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience in team leadership, project management, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of database management, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Proven experience in delivering projects aligned with business objectives and timelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire teams.
• Experience in automotive or financial services technology solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
