Job Description

Use operational excellence methods, processes and tools to ensure successful delivery of technology projects. Drive continuous improvement and partner with project and sales teams as the technology delivery subject matter expert.

Summary: As a Tech Delivery and Operational Excellence Lead, you will utilize operational excellence methods, processes, and tools to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as the subject matter expert in technology delivery. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact multiple teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management. - Strong understanding of operational excellence methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in project management and delivery within technology environments. - Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive improvements. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
