Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role located in Davao City for a Tech Chat Support Specialist. Operating on a shifting schedule, the primary responsibility of this role is to handle real-time digital interactions for a Telecom account. You will diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer issues regarding connectivity, hardware, or services, ensuring a seamless customer experience entirely through chat.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of solid Technical Support experience, with specific experience handling Chat Support for a Telco account (Strictly Required).
  • Education: K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or higher.
  • Location & Shift: Ability to work effectively in an onsite team setting within Davao City and flexibility to adapt to a shifting schedule.
  • Skills: Strong written English communication skills, excellent typing speed, and sharp technical troubleshooting capabilities.
