Role Summary:
As an IT Admin Staff, you will serve as the primary point of support for IT and administrative operations within the Davao and General Santos branches. The role focuses on delivering Level 1 IT support, managing IT-related assets, coordinating with Makati-based support teams, and ensuring smooth execution of office technology and administrative processes.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Provide Level 1 IT support to Davao and General Santos personnel, including troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity concerns, in coordination with Makati-based IT teams.
- Act as IT asset custodian—maintaining inventory, tracking, and proper documentation of all assigned technology equipment.
- Perform RPS-related functions as assigned, ensuring timely processing and coordination with relevant teams.
- Support office technology setup and logistics, including preparation of equipment for onboarding, meetings, and branch activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and central teams (e.g., Makati office) for escalation and resolution of IT and administrative concerns.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including documentation, coordination, and other operational requirements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in handling IT equipment and administrative processes.
Provide support for any additional branch administrative requirements as assigned.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience in IT support, office administration, or similar coordination roles is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, and networking) is an advantage.
- Experience in asset management and inventory tracking is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic database management.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and a team player, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
