Job Description

Symbos is looking for a dedicated Team Support Associate to join our Global Support Centre. This role plays a vital part in supporting frontline team members, ensuring smooth daytoday operations and maintaining compliance across services so children remain safe and supported at all times.

About The Role

As a Team Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Symbossupported team members and candidates, handling enquiries across rosters, staffing, payroll and general employment matters. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure services remain compliant and appropriately staffed.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Responding to inbound phone calls and emails from team members and candidates
  • Supporting roster management, including shift changes, swaps, cancellations and emergency cover
  • Managing staffingrelated requests such as noshows, casual resignations and overstaffing
  • Assisting with general payroll and timesheet enquiries
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service compliance at all times
  • Completing adhoc tasks in support of the wider business

About You

You bring a calm, professional and empathetic approach to customer service and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Around 2 years experience in an inbound customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask and meet monthly KPIs
  • Confidence adapting to new processes and systems
  • A good understanding of the customer journey and highquality service delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience working in a large, remote or shared services environment will be highly regarded.
