The Opportunity

The Team Leader or Supervisor will oversee a team responsible for executing operational workflows within Amazon Vendor Central for our ChargeGuard Team. This role ensures that team members consistently meet performance standards, adhere to attendance requirements, and deliver high-quality results across all assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees a team handling operational workflows within Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Ensures team members meet performance standards, follow attendance requirements, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitors daily task metrics, including weekend deliverables, to maintain continuous progress and operational accuracy.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication of requirements, updates, and deliverables.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years Team Lead or Supervisory Experience

Key Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and similar data management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data management and interpretation
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, essential for both internal and external collaboration
  • Process-oriented mindset with adaptability to process changes; able to effectively communicate adjustments to the team and generate ideas for process improvements
  • Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, identifying opportunities for enhancement and driving the team toward higher standards
  • Highly accountable and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership to support team success and seize opportunities
