We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Team Manager Tech Sales to lead and drive performance within BPO sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, technical knowledge in web-related services, and proven leadership experience in a high-performance call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Operations
- Lead daily sales operations by setting clear goals and driving team performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor KPIs and key leading indicators to ensure consistent sales success.
- Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to senior management.
Coaching & Team Development
- Conduct coaching sessions, mentoring, and SMART coaching initiatives to improve team effectiveness.
- Develop and execute 30-60-90 day performance improvement plans.
- Foster a high-energy, motivating environment that recognizes and rewards top performers.
Performance Management
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote accountability through structured performance monitoring and feedback.
- Address escalations promptly while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Strategic Execution
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Align team objectives with broader business strategies to drive long-term success.
- Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 35+ years of proven success in a similar leadership role within BPO, sales, or tech industry.
- At least 2+ years of team management experience focused on driving sales performance.
- Strong background in Sales and/or Software environment.
- Sales background is highly preferred.
- Experience in Website, Marketing, or related digital services is an advantage.
