Role Overview
- Lead and manage team operations: Oversee a team of Process Executives and Team Leads, ensuring smooth workflow execution.
- Performance monitoring: Track KPIs including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Process compliance: Ensure strict adherence to trust, safety, and compliance guidelines.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams for escalations and process improvements.
- Team development: Coach, mentor, and upskill team members through structured training and feedback.
- Reporting and analytics: Prepare regular reports on performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Continuous improvement: Identify recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years finisher of any college course
- w/ at least 4 years of People Management experience
- w/ experience in handling Insurance Brokerage account
- w/ experience in handling other type of Insurance campaign is also a plus
- amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig
