We are looking for a B2B Sales Team Leader who will drive and manage B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and base management. The role includes leading the team to meet monthly sales quotas tied to MRGMV and upfront compensation models, coaching team members, and ensuring strong client relationships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents handling B2B telecom products and services
- Drive achievement of sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure adherence to pay-for-performance targets and incentive structures
- Conduct regular coaching sessions focused on sales skills, objection handling, product knowledge, and call quality
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted development plans
- Motivate agents to consistently perform in a high-energy, results-driven sales environment
- Ensure agents comply with sales scripts, regulatory requirements, and client guidelines
- Partner with QA to address call quality issues and prevent mis-selling
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to sales outcomes
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in outbound sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong understanding of telco products and B2B sales motions is an advantage
- Proven ability to lead teams in a target-driven, pay-for-performance environment
- Solid coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
