We're looking for a
Team Leader who will play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring service excellence, and motivating people to deliver results that customers in the
utilities or energy sector can truly feel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently meet and exceed service levels and KPIs.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
- Foster a motivating and engaging team culture through recognition and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing and workforce planning.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on team performance and operational progress.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members.
- Prepare and present staff performance and productivity reports to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Utilities or energy industry experience is required, with familiarity in tools, billing platforms, CRM systems, or processes commonly used in utility/energy support.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop people while driving results.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problemsolving skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifting schedules depending on business needs.
