Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (at least)
• With at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in skin care products or cosmetics is an advantage
• Experience in Watson Stores is an advantage
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented
• Able to lead, motivate, and monitor team performance
• Must be willing to do fieldwork
• Willing to handled Pampanga Stores

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Beauty Advisors / Sales Staff
• Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met
• Monitor attendance, performance, and store compliance
• Coordinate with management on daily operations and concerns
• Provide coaching and on-the-job guidance to the team
