Responsibilities

In such a role, you are expected to:

Ensures that calls are handled professionally.
Provides direction and guidance to guarantee the consistent achievement of key performance metrics.
Achieves, measures, reports, and communicates metric goal attainment for assigned team
Ensures accurate and timely communication of client and campaign issues to the Manager Site Operations.
Consistently achieves goals for a number of call monitoring per week and scores for an assigned team of customer service agents.
Coaches, mentors, and develops agent team for skills expansion and promotional opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification:

At least 2-3 Years Team Leader Experience
Sales and collection experience prefered
Analytical Thinking Skills
KPI Management
People Management
