Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Pavia. The Team Leader will oversee and coordinate daily team operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to organizational goals. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members to achieve performance metrics, monitoring performance, problem-solving, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Additionally, the Team Leader will communicate with management, prepare regular reports, and manage workflows to meet deadlines effectively.

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage workflow and achieve goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions
• Proficiency in performance evaluation, reporting, and process optimization
• Experience in operations or healthcare-related processes is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate across diverse teams
• Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
