Qualifications and Job Description:
- Experience in Corporate Travel Account is required.
- Must have expertise in using CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS
- Must be amenable to work 100% onsite at our Bridgetowne Site
- Experience in team management, should act as ticketing SME to assist team or intervene as needed
- Handling a team of L2 Complex itinerary trained resources
- Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team
- Ability to deliver through people
- Experience and ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions
- Managing a team in past for min 2 to 3 years in Corp Travel & one more GDS experience
- Able to speak & write fluent English
- Confident to lead conference calls
- Able to produce dashboards & reports in Excel & presentation formats
- Good analytical and conflict management skills
