Leads the team that provides customer support to clients ensuring productive and quality work
based on set standards. Also handles the team's product knowledge, quality, and effectiveness
to ensure that the team meets the company's and campaign's goals and objectives.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of any 45-year course
Preferably with 3 years working experience in the Call Center Industry
Preferably 2 years experience as Team Leader preferably within the call center or
customer service industry
Must have intermediate knowledge on Call Center Fundamentals
Must have time and project management skills
Must be highly resourceful, analytical, and creative
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Must have excellent oral excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills
Must have superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on
team development and continuous improvement
