The Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising a team of Virtual Assistants. S/he is responsible for monitoring, and ensuring appropriate job distribution and completion of projects or tasks assigned to the department. S/he is likewise responsible for training, organization tasks, and project development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree , Medical allied course graduate
- At least one year work experience from a BPO, insurance support provider
- Computer literate, above average English comprehension and communication(oral and written)
- Able to work independently, exhibits critical thinking, willing to work graveyard shift
