Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure performance excellence for our travel account.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support Team Leads and full-time employees in meeting service goals.
  • Implement call center strategies and ensure KPI achievement for both Enshored and client targets.
  • Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, and IT teams to support operational needs.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service delivery standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 25 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO environment.
  • GDS experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and customer service orientation.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
