We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure performance excellence for our travel account.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support Team Leads and full-time employees in meeting service goals.
- Implement call center strategies and ensure KPI achievement for both Enshored and client targets.
- Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, and IT teams to support operational needs.
- Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service delivery standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 25 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO environment.
- GDS experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and customer service orientation.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
