About The Role

We're looking for a Team Leader to oversee our Digital Sales and Inside Sales (Inbound) teams, driving performance across customer engagement, lead management and conversion.

This is a pioneer team, offering a unique opportunity to shape how the function operates from the ground up. The role is onsite at the Mall of Asia Complex, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach Digital Sales Consultants and Inbound Sales Representatives
  • Monitor performance across key metrics including conversion, SLA, lead handling and quality
  • Drive consistency in how enquiries are managed across chat, web, phone and email
  • Support teams in achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance management
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, lead allocation and sales processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion outcomes

What Good Looks Like

  • Experience leading sales, inside sales or contact centre teams
  • Strong coaching capability with a focus on performance and development
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion
  • Comfortable working with metrics such as SLAs, conversion rates and productivity
  • Clear communicator with a structured, hands-on approach
  • Willing to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex
