Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a US Healthcare customer service team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare BPO operations, team coaching, and driving performance to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years of BPO experience
At least 2 years of Team Leader experience
Experience handling a US Healthcare account
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives
Monitor KPIs, quality, productivity, and attendance
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
Handle escalations and support daily operations
Collaborate with support teams to achieve business goals
