Role:Team Leader - BlackLine Local Admin
Job Roles and Responsibilities: The scope of the role will continue to broaden, but key areas of responsibility are as follows:
People- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to other local admins and finance teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and process excellence.
Partnership- Act as a key contact for escalated Blackline issues and complex queries.
- Collaborate with global system admins and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
Operational- Oversee advanced user access management and configuration of reconciliation templates.
- Manage complex account groupings, risk categorization, and bulk maintenance activities.
- Support statutory reporting, audit evidence delivery, and SLA compliance monitoring.
- Deliver monthly reports and support transformation projects.
Continuous Improvement- Champion process improvement and automation within Blackline.
- Lead knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives across the admin community.
- Support system migrations and enhancements.

Skills and Experience needed- Minimum 6-8 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in Shared Services or multinational organizations.
- 4-5 years of deep experience with Blackline or similar reconciliation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/local GAAP).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience of complex, fragmented finance systems landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Strong collaboration and partnership mindset, ability to work in a matrix organization. Cultural awareness/understanding agile in adapting approach to optimize working relationships.
- Delivery focused mindset.
- Experience in automotive or FMCG industries is an advantage.
