Role Description
The primary role of this position is to design and implement workflow processes while ensuring the quality of deliverables and the proper execution of projects. The role involves regular interaction with clients and maintaining timely and effective communication at all times. The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring quality standards and providing feedback to individuals or the team, maintaining and regularly updating process documentation, and ensuring all client updates are accurately recorded. Additionally, the role requires proper allocation of work to team members, strict adherence to turnaround times based on agreed SLAs, and active participation in conference calls with clients and top management. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas and be amenable to a graveyard shift schedule.
