Role: Team Lead Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders to strengthen people management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Facilitate behavioural training sessions on communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, workplace etiquette, and professional effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and customize training content, learning materials, assessments, and facilitator guides based on business and competency requirements.
  • Identify learning and development needs through training needs analysis (TNA) and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs while ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Coach and mentor employees and leaders to support the practical application of leadership and behavioural competencies in the workplace.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and post-training follow-ups to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to develop capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain training records, learning analytics, and reports while ensuring compliance with organizational learning and development standards.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Working knowledge, experience and application

  • 2–3 years of experience leading trainers or managing training programs.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering training for APAC, UK, or international client processes.
  • Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and performance coaching.

  • LMS & SOPs – Experienced in managing LMS, creating SOPs, and conducting assessments.
  • Data Interpretation – Translates performance metrics into actionable improvement plans.
  • Quality Compliance – Understands and applies quality standards and compliance protocols.
