Team Lead – Social TikTok Campaign Manager

MediaMint is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Social TikTok Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with strong leadership capabilities and deep expertise in TikTok advertising to drive strategic campaign success for global advertisers.

Office Location:

Ascott Ayala Center, 7th Floor, Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City, Metro Manila 1224, Philippines

Shift Timing:

4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (PH Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define performance standards and benchmarks across campaign types

• Understand advertiser goals and translate business objectives into effective platform strategies

• Monitor campaign performance at a vertical level and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes

• Develop processes for knowledge sharing and standardization across teams

• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement

• Lead and mentor campaign teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing teams in one or more of the following areas:

• Social Media Marketing (Planning and Strategy)
• Social Campaign Management
• Paid and Organic Social Optimization
• Campaign Trafficking and Reporting

• Strong expertise in TikTok Ads; experience with Meta Ads is an advantage

• Proven experience managing teams of 10–15 members handling high-volume accounts and campaigns

• Experience managing workflows through CRM and project management platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is preferred

• Exposure to US markets is highly desirable
