Team Lead

Position Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Device Provisioning Engineering team, ensuring efficient device deployment, provisioning accuracy, SLA compliance, and delivery of high-quality support services. The role provides operational leadership, workforce management, coaching, and performance oversight while serving as the primary escalation point for provisioning related issues. The Team Leader will drive process improvement initiatives, support ramp-up activities, ensure operational readiness, and maintain alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in device provisioning, IT operations, technical support, or service delivery. 
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience. 
• Experience managing KPI-driven operational environments. 
• Experience supporting enterprise mobility, device lifecycle management, or provisioning services is highly preferred.
