Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define performance standards and best practices across social media campaigns.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand advertiser objectives and implement effective campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Develop standardized processes and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
  • Lead operational improvements and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality campaign execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Paid Social, or Social Campaign Operations.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns across major advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 10–15 members.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with workflow or project management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to US markets is an added advantage.
