The Role

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting administrators to ensure they are meeting relevant targets/SLAs, including
  • acting as a point of escalation for challenges raised during the process
  • Providing oversight of administration service managed by the team as guardians of quality and experience
  • Mentoring administrators to deliver administration services and drive strong internal and external partnerships
  • Providing pastoral care, maintaining team morale and wellbeing, working in an inclusive environment
  • Responsibility for induction, objective setting, performance management, development, and succession planning for the team
  • Maintaining regular communication with team members, including conducting regular 1:1s and virtual team collaboration sessions
  • Acting as an escalation point between administrators and Managers
  • Ensuring the administration service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Reviewing demand forecasts, ensuring the team is on target and capacity is managed
  • Ensuring compliance across the team through adherence to ISO processes; identifying and raising any risks
  • Leading continuous improvement of existing services and supporting new wins, scope
  • expansion, and transformation
  • Creating strong partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders, attending regular calls, to build understanding of process and satisfaction in the service
  • Ensures trackers and systems are maintained and utilized by the team
  • Drives efficient usage of digital Automation or technology available to the team

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing a cross functional team, including performance and underperformance management – capable to give constructive feedback, lead productive team meetings and one to ones or coaching sessions.
  • Experience of managing direct client relationships - capable to appraise risks and opportunities in client's demands, new solutions, process changes.
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral
  • Experience in identifying and introducing process innovations.
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
