Team Lead, Producer Admin Support – EMEA

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Team Lead to oversee our Producer Admin Support team in EMEA. The Team Lead will manage a group of administrative professionals who provide vital support to producers/stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, strong service delivery, and ongoing staff development. This position requires alignment with regional business hours and is a job that requires Return to Office (RTO) in accordance with business needs (such as client visits or scheduled requirements).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Producer Admin Support staff, focusing on growth and professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Create, document, and update process workflows for both existing and new processes/tasks.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate effectively with producers/stakeholders to understand and meet support needs.
  • Address escalated issues and manage complex administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to streamline workflows and share best practices.
  • Manage resource allocation and balance workloads to optimize team output.
  • Ensure team proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on basic to advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of producer/stakeholder support and related administrative processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in motivating, developing, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management competencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work regional business hours as required.
  • Willingness and ability to adhere to RTO requirements based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies or systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and database management.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
