Team Lead Operations

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead a high-performing team and drive productivity, service quality, and overall operational performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance
• Drive performance against KPIs and service-level targets
• Conduct regular coaching and provide performance feedback
• Handle escalations and support day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development
• Promote employee engagement and a high-performance culture

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience
• Strong experience in team management and performance monitoring
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity, quality, and attendance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer service or operations experience is preferred
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Willing to work Monday–Friday on a shifting schedule
