MediaMint is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Social Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with strong leadership capabilities and deep expertise in TikTok advertising to drive strategic campaign success for global advertisers.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Meta / TikTok Ads

• Proven experience managing teams of 5-7 members handling high-volume accounts and campaigns

• 7+ years of experience managing teams in one or more of the following areas:

• Social Media Marketing (Planning and Strategy)
• Social Campaign Management
• Paid and Organic Social Optimization
• Campaign Trafficking and Reporting

• Experience managing workflows through CRM and project management platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is preferred

• Understand advertiser goals and translate business objectives into effective platform strategies

• Monitor campaign performance at a vertical level and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes

• Develop processes for knowledge sharing and standardization across teams

• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement

• Lead and mentor campaign teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results
