Job Description

Job Summary:

The Team Lead – LTO is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end monitoring of accounts for loan takeout, with a focus on pipeline analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, identifies bottlenecks, and provides actionable insights to drive timely submission and takeout of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze the overall pipeline for loan takeout, including account readiness, aging, and bottlenecks.

● Monitor and validate data related to NOA signing, BVS compliance, docketing, and LTO

submissions.

● Ensure accuracy of system tagging, status updates, and account-level remarks.

● Prepare and consolidate regular reports on productivity, pipeline status, and turnaround times.

● Provide insights and recommendations to improve processing efficiency and reduce delays.

● Identify high-risk accounts and escalate issues based on analysis.

● Support forecasting and planning of submissions based on pipeline data.

● Coordinate with internal teams to align on targets and resolve operational gaps.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

● At least 2–3 years experience in loan processing, compliance, or operations.

● Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).

● Experience in team handling or supervisory role is an advantage.

● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
