We are looking for a skilled Team Leadto manage client relationships and ensure top-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate hasBPOorVirtual Assistantexperience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexibly with international clients.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and consistent service delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with the team's performance.
- Supervise and coach team members: monitor performance, attendance, and professionalism.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews to support team development.
- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction scores.
- Prepare and present weekly reports and updates to clients.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with recruitment, training, and operations for the smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance team and client outcomes.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or virtual assistant (VA) environment, includingat least 1 yearin a supervisory or client-facing management role with strong client interaction.
- Direct experiencemanaging international clients, particularlyAustralia, New Zealand, or U.S.-basedaccounts.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and client-relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools and reporting metrics.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to support international clients when needed.
