Employment: 6 - months Contract

Work Arrangement: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm

• Valid NBI
• Valid EHS
• Valid WAH
• Valid Work Location Pass
• Valid Security Pass
• Valid First Aid Certification
• Valid Electrical Certificate (NC II)
• Valid BOSH/COSH - SO1 Certificate

Team Leader Responsible for end-to-end execution of telecom site installation and commissioning activities (Microwave & BTS/Node B etc) at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per Huawei and operator standards with Riggers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team of 4 person (Self+3 Riggers) for site installation & commissioning of:

o Microwave links (ODU, IDU, alignment)

o BTS / Node B / eNodeB equipment

Team Leader: 2 years exp

Riggers: 1 year exp

• Ensure proper:

o Feeder routing, grounding, and labelling

o Power connections (DC/AC)

o Rack installation & integration

• Perform commissioning activities:

o Software loading

o Integration with NOC

o Link alignment & optimization

• Conduct ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) with client/vendor

• Troubleshoot faults during installation & commissioning

• Coordinate with:

o NOC / Integration teams

o Project Coordinators

o Customer representatives (e.g., Huawei, Globe, Smart)

• Ensure compliance with EHS & WAH standards
