Location: Quezon City

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading a dedicated unit within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Clinical Support division. You will serve as the vital link between high-level operational strategy and frontline execution, ensuring that the administrative lifecycle of patient care remains seamless and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Direct daily workflows for a team, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets are met with precision.
  • Performance Management: Conduct data-driven coaching sessions and regular performance appraisals to foster a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for US-based counterparts, providing transparent reporting on team health, quality metrics, and process improvements.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain rigorous adherence to HIPAA regulations and US healthcare standards, ensuring that all patient and provider data is handled with the highest level of integrity.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean methodologies to improve turnaround times and accuracy within the healthcare billing or coding ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 23 years in a supervisory or Team Lead role within a Healthcare BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry (e.g., Medical Billing, Coding, Claims Processing, or Insurance Verification).
  • Communication: Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to influence and collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare or Business-related degrees are highly preferred).
