Team lead (Full Stack +Implementation)

Role Overview

Lead an agile team of developers and implementation engineers to build, scale, and maintain bolt's P&C insurance exchange platform. As a Team Lead, you will combine strong hands-on full-stack engineering expertise with high-level architecture, partner integrations, and AI workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Operational Leadership: Direct sprint activities, conduct code reviews, enforce clean code standards, and collaborate with Product Managers and QA teams to deliver robust software features on schedule.
• Architecture & Delivery: Architect scalable full-stack applications and handle complex API and partner integrations across US and European markets.
• AI & Innovation: Lead end-to-end prompt engineering and AI-driven workflow implementation from solution design through production optimization.
• Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior developers in engineering principles, object-oriented design, and efficient database management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering, system integration, or technical leadership experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems), or a related technical field.
• Core Technologies: Proficiency in C#, OOP principles, Web Applications (HTML/CSS/JS/TS, React or Angular), and SQL.
• Integration & Protocols: Hands-on experience with API integration, business rules, XML, and JSON formats.
• AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Prompt Engineering and building production-grade AI-driven workflows.
• Methodology: Strong practical background in Agile/SCRUM delivery frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with flexibility for global team alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS S3, Lambda).
• Exposure to messaging brokers (RabbitMQ or Redis) and web performance optimization.
• Professional background in the P&C insurance industry.
