Job Description

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the KYC outreach team, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor outreach volumes, productivity, and turnaround times.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, training sessions, and one-on-one reviews.
  • Oversee client communications for KYC refreshes, onboarding, and remediation.
  • Ensure outreach messaging aligns with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Resolve escalations and complex client cases in coordination with Compliance and Relationship Managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for KYC policy interpretation and outreach best practices.
  • Support internal audits, QA reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. KYC/AML regulations (e.g., BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FATCA)
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders to align outreach strategy and client experience.
  • Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report key metrics to leadership and compliance teams.
