Job Description

Work Setup: Monday to Friday - Full Onsite, Dayshift

Location: BGC, Taguig

Industry: Shared Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the credit management team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
  • Oversee the end-to-end credit management process, including credit assessment, credit limit reviews, collections oversight, and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and credit risk exposure to minimize bad debt.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to resolve credit and payment issues.
  • Review and approve credit limits and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance credit and collections performance.
  • Prepare and present credit and collections performance reports to management.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or collections, with team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders or international clients.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections, and AR management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to work full onsite.
