What Youll Do
As a Team Lead you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You'll develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartrack's innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships, you'll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deal.
- Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
- Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
- Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
- 23 years of experience managing a team.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Davao City and other nearby areas.
- Amenable to work onsite at our Davao Office: LSA Building, Bajada.
- Able to travel to Cebu for about 23 days every 2 months, or as needed.
- With a valid driver's license.
