The Team Lead Collections opportunity is built for an experienced collections leader ready to influence performance at a higher level. Lead a team supporting a major Canadian digital lending business, strengthen accountability and service quality, and translate performance data into measurable results. Role Snapshot
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shift: Night Shift
- Days Off: Consecutive days off (may include weekends and holidays)
- Training Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST for 6 weeks, Monday to Friday
- Work Setup: Work From Home
- Salary: PHP 60,000 + Monthly Incentives

Qualifications
Leadership & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
- Proven experience in a BPO environment
- Strong leadership experience with hands-on people management
