We're looking for Team Leaders for Insurance Operations! You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, optimizing team performance, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients, enhance their experience, and support business growth. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team to meet and exceed operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation Management: Oversee AMP and OpEx activities, coach the team to onboard new tasks, and ensure client satisfaction. Regularly review business results, optimize daily operations, and foster innovation. Ensure compliance with company and client policies, and manage new hire onboarding.
- Talent Management: Support individual development goals, create promotion plans, and manage performance evaluations. Handle personnel cases and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Client Management: Develop the annual client growth plan, maintain strong client relationships, and manage routine reporting. Lead new client onboarding and team establishment.
Qualifications:
- Non-negotiable: Bachelor's or Master's Degree, at least 4 years in Insurance Operations, Service Delivery, or Client Service.
- Preferred: Insurance industry experience, OPEX and security certifications, team management experience, strong planning, organizational, and coaching skills, focus on continuous improvement, customer loyalty, and results-driven approach.
Work Arrangement:
- Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
- Shift: Dayshift (Fixed weekends off)
- Work Setup: Full Onsite
Salary:
- Up to 55,000 (Depending on experience)
