Responsibilities
- Lead daily EV dispatch plan and ensure available units are matched to loading opportunities.
- Control charging and preloading discipline with graveyard and day-shift coordination. . Monitor source dwell and destination turnaround to protect same-day conversion.
- Escalate missed loading opportunities, long dwell, failed dispatch, and charging delays.
- Coordinate with support roles for training gaps, asset readiness, system data gaps, and POD/document concerns.
- Daily: Confirm EV availability, charging status, driver/helper readiness, and early dispatch.
- Daily: Track source dwell, destination status, and 2nd trip conversion opportunities. Weekly: Review EV performance versus 40 trips per truck per month target.
- Monthly: Recommend EV cycle-time improvements, manpower support, and process corrections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in transport, fleet, dispatch, logistics, or delivery operations.
- Experience handling EV trucks, 6W trucks, driver coordination, source/destination monitoring, or same-day delivery operations is an advantage.
- Must have strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage drivers, helpers, dispatch plans, loading readiness, charging schedules, and daily operational issues.
- Must be capable of monitoring EV availability, charging status, dispatch execution, preloading discipline, source dwell, destination turnaround, and 2nd trip conversion opportunities.
- Must be able to prepare daily reports, track KPIs, escalate operational delays, coordinate with internal teams, and recommend process improvements. Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by operations.
